The casting resin of the Troll Factory is Made in Germany and is characterized by its high quality.

Instructions for use:

The mixing ratio of this resin is 100:45, that means: 100g resin and 45g hardener

Common mixtures are:

200g resin and 90g hardener
50g resin and 22,5g hardener
25g resin and 11,25g hardener

Please ensure that the mixing ratio is observed, otherwise dimensional stability and hardening cannot be guaranteed.

Instructions for use:

• always pay attention to the correct mixing ratio
• wear protective gloves
• the working time at 20°C is approx. 30-45 min.
• hardening starts after approx. 45 min (depending on room temperature)
• final strength after approx. 36 - 48 hours (depending on room temperature and thickness)
• air bubble inclusions can be removed with an embossing blow dryer
